We match the roast degree and recipe to your group head, water and the share of milk drinks on your menu.
Barista training
Two hours at your café in Nizhny Novgorod: grinder setup, recipe calibration, milk. Other cities — by video call.
Equipment advice
We help choose an espresso machine, grinder and water filter for your guest flow. We do not sell equipment.
Samples
