Passport

Where this coffee comes from

Cerrado Mineiro is a high plateau in Brazil with flat land and a dry harvest season. The cherries dry whole on open patios. There is hardly any acidity, but plenty of hazelnut and milk chocolate. An easy everyday cup, like a day without wind.
